In February 2025, we’re launching an initiative to explore the opportunities at 303 S Broadway concurrent with development thoughts being considered; we want to get resident feedback on ways to incorporate community needs and amenities.
Our team from Nexus Creative will lead an engagement initiative with the primary goal to enhance good neighbor relationships while listening to desires, concerns and opportunities. By extension, our efforts will include broader community engagement along the way.
